Terms and Conditions For Far East Loves
Prize Giveaways:

• This promotion is open to all residents of Malaysia only except the employees and immediate families of Far East Jewellers (“Organizer”), their affiliates and/ or related companies, distributors and advertising agencies.
• For every minimum purchase of RM200 & above in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) from any Far East outlets or FE Jewellers + Watch during the contest period, you are entitled to submit 1 (one) entry form and each form must be accompanied by the proof of purchase.
• Entry forms are available at all Far East outlets, FE Jewellers + Watch or may print a copy from www.fareastjewellers.com.my.
• Multiple entries from the same participant are allowed.
• Photocopy of proof of purchase is accepted.
• Incomplete or illegible entries, or without proof of purchase will be disqualified.
• All completed entry forms should be posted or submitted to any of Far East outlets or FE Jewellers + Watch.  Posting address can be obtained from the proof of purchase or the ‘Enquiry’ page on www.fareastjewellers.com.my
• Closing date for weekly prizes will be on every last day of the week, during the contest period.
• Closing date for all prizes except the weekly prizes is 28th February 2010.
• Entry forms received after 28th February 2010 are disqualified.
• All winners will be informed via telephone or post.
• All prizes must be collected within the collection period stipulated by the organizer from the date of notification. Failure to claim prizes shall result in the prizes being forfeited by the organizer. Its sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to the winners in any respect whatsoever.
• The organizer shall reserve the right to substitute any of the prizes with similar value at anytime at their absolute discretion without prior notice and all prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or in kind, in part or in full.
• Acceptance of prizes grants permission to the organizer to use participants’ personal information and/or photographs for publicity, advertising and/or trade purposes without notice and/or compensation whatsoever.
• Judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
• By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the contest rules and regulations and the decisions of the organizer.
